Our "Date with You" retreat is all about pausing, connecting with yourself, getting back into your feminine power and, most importantly, spending time with yourself.
Do you want to rediscover yourself, to awaken the heroine in you?
This can be difficult on your own, but in the right setting and in a select group of women, you can embark on this journey with ease.
We start each morning with a mindfulness ritual, such as meditation, gentle yoga and much more... followed by a magical breakfast.
The program throughout the day offers plenty of opportunities to retreat, because the "me time" is an important component that we want to anchor in the subconscious in order to establish this as a ritual in the future and in everyday life. You can find more information at www.date-mit-dir.com
Bonus 1: After registration you will receive a 1:1 session with one of our coaches to prepare for the retreat week.
Bonus 2: To support you after the retreat week, we will give you a group call "Successful implementation in everyday life" with a concluding Q&A session
